(1) You can cancel your order before delivery. If you wish to cancel your order , please contact the inquiry desk on this site.
(2 ) We will accept only if the shipped product is defective or different from the ordered product, such as cancellation after delivery of the product. (Only if you contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the product.) Basically, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer's convenience, so please choose carefully when ordering.
(3) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.
・ Products used
・ Products that have been used for more than 7 days
・ Customers Products with scratches or stains
・ Products processed for customers such as ordered products and products with names
・ Other product introduction pages Items that clearly state that they cannot be returned to (Please contact the inquiry window for details)
(4) If the product is clearly defective or incorrect, we will bear the shipping cost for returned goods. If you do not like the product, or if you return or exchange it for your convenience, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
About size exchange of unused items according to customer's request
・ Only in-stock items can be exchanged. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange.
